Since 1936. Player must have played a game in the NFL, AFL, or AAFC. When paired with a team, player may have either been drafted in the first round by that team or played at least one game with that team in their career. Includes NFL, NFL Supplemental, AFL, and AFL Redshirt drafts.

Since 1933. When paired with a team, Pro Bowl must be achieved with the team. When paired with a non-team category, does not need to be in the same season.
